Overview

The customer runs a supply and trading business and was using multiple systems for payroll, inventory , reporting , selling etc. They wanted a central system

that would do inventory management, client management, invoice management, HRM function, payroll, selling etc.

The client had direct access to the team lead of the development team. They communicated through instant messengers
